Few words about our background
Innovative Action for Development and Resilience (IADR) is a women’s rights organization founded in 2010. We are committed to advancing the rights, wellbeing, and leadership of women and girls across Somalia. Our work focuses on promoting gender equality, preventing and responding to violence against women and girls, expanding access to education, strengthening health and mental wellbeing, improving access to justice, and empowering women economically through skills development and livelihood opportunities.
