Through legal aid, paralegal support, and rights awareness programs, IADR has helped over 2,000 women seek justice and protection from discrimination and violence.This work strengthens women’s access to fair and accountable justice systems.

IADR has enhanced economic opportunities for more than 1,500 women by offering entrepreneurship training, access to microfinance, and support for income-generating activities.This initiative strengthens financial independence and builds long-term economic resilience.

Since 2015, IADR has trained and mentored over 800 women in governance, peacebuilding, and political engagement. These women are now actively contributing to local and regional decision-making forums, proving that when women lead, communities become stronger, fairer, and more resilient.
